I've already written a review, but I'm updating it now because I'm so outraged. On 26 February, after nearly 50 letters, we finally got around to sending the torque sensor. Now they are claiming stock shortage. The replacement battery I ordered was incorrectly wired at the outlets. A technician had to fix it, on my own dime. Can't use the bike because the engine keeps stalling when I push the pedal harder. I am sick of this company. They replied to my previous post that I should write another email and they would fix the problem. Nothing happened. I am demanding my money back. If nothing else, I will take legal action. I paid €1668 for a piece of junk. Only people who have a working bike write positive reviews here. I say again, avoid this company.

Incompetent customer service that refuses to acknowledge errors.
Orrder PVY5670. I ordered a P30 bike last November. Unfortunately, it is useless because if I pedal harder, the bike's motor stalls instead of helping me pedal harder like it should. I have been in correspondence with customer service for a month now. I sent them a video of the phenomenon, but they say it's normal. These people are normal???? P30 is my fifth ebike, I am aware of how the bike should work. I am a traffic engineer technician by profession, so I know I am right. Customer service is just asking for more videos, but that would be completely unnecessary, as it is obvious from the videos already sent that the bike is not working properly. They should have already sent a torque sensor instead of the faulty part. I have also taken the bike to an ebike repair shop for their opinion, they also think the torque sensor is clearly faulty. I would not recommend this company to anyone, stay away from them if you don't want to throw your money out the window. If something changes in this matter I will correct my opinion.
