Poor aftercare.
Poor aftercare. Bought products, 3 out of 10 were faulty within 2 weeks of buying. Supplier declined me returning the whole order. Escalate to numerous people at alibaba they did nothing. Sellers told me to wait till after 28days and he will refund and now ignores messages now outside of 28days. Alibaba have the proof but dont care
