I did a 7 day trial
I did a 7 day trial, which required you to put in payment details. However no option to cancel and when I go into my account there is no subscription, yet got an email charging a monthly fee. No reply to emails. Had to cancel through PayPal (thankfully). But I want my money refunded. Update 26 Feb. Email reply was received with a note to say they will refund. PayPal confirmed. So I guess they are not bad at all.
