I am a customer who ordered from the Muddy Mat company and the package was to be sent to me here to my home in Russellville, Arkansas. They told me my order was sent on 2/12/2025. I started trying to track it. It is being shipped by AfterShip. Finally, on 2/18/25 I got a message saying they had attempted to deliver my package....in Lowell, Arkansas. I looked it up and Lowell is about 2 hours from Russellville. It is now 2/24/25...12 days since it entered shipping and 6 days since they said they attempted to deliver it in Lowell, AR and I STILL don't have my package and have had NO update on tracking. I feel I have either been scammed by Muddy Mat company, or by the AfterShip company. Not sure which, yet, but I'm about to report it to paypal through whom I paid for this order.
