Would give 0 stars if possible
Would give 0 stars if possible First of all, I ordered what appeared to be a cool looking NBA hoodie. Then I realized when I got a confirmation email from a totally different company that it would be coming all the way from China. I emailed the company right away asking to cancel the order. On their website it says you can cancel if it is under 24 hours, which it was. I received an email saying it's too late and that I can just return the item when it arrives. I waited 3 weeks for it arrive, ya know since it was coming all the way from China. I received the poorest quality hoodie that looked NOTHING like the picture online. I tried to return it only to receive an email saying to keep the item and my two options are $5 refund or an $8 coupon off my next order. So the product itself was a lie, being able to cancel within 24 hours was a lie and being able to simply return when it arrives was also a lie. This company is a SCAM! do not order from them. I will be writing into the BBB and disputing the charge with my bank.
