Never got my $74 worth of puzzles
Never got my $74 worth of puzzles. (Christmas presents). Emailed them right away. Went back and forth with "Anna" from Crafthub~(13 emails total) with her saying my order was on its way. When I would track my order, there was no info after a certain date. After 3+ weeks, I emailed Anna again and she said she would look into it. She messaged me back saying something happened to my order and I could have a replacement or full refund. I opted for the full refund. Anna didn't respond. I emailed customer service with my order# and info and said I would like a refund. Never heard anything. After a week, I contacted my credit card company and once they got involved, I magically got my refund~(1 month after I ordered them). Stay away from this company!!!
