The product was well packed
The product was well packed, and it seems like it will perform well. The method of purchase is very confusing and initially they sent a tool that I was not interested in. They offered to refund it after a lot of back and forth, but the shipping would have made it prohibitive. They should allow returns to the distribution warehouse it shipped from instead of having to ship returns to China.
