Nothing about this is worth the hassle. The time share shit was sprung in me. The room I was told I could have reserved is not what I received and no one seems to want to help me out. Oh and then the added fees, taxes, parking, etc prob cheaper to just book through Wyndham itself. I took a chance and now I fully regret it. Oh and I got charged $79.99 when it said 34.99. Then the agent Ronald with monster made it out to be like he was doing me a favor by reimbursing me half back! 🙄wtf is that… you guys overcharged me. I’ve tried to take care of this through the hotel and they said you have to do it. I truly feel scammed and unless this does turn around I will call my bank, lawyer and post about what really is going on on my 5 channels that all have over 400k followers. Your choice. Fix the bed situation. Please do your job you deal with whatever department you have to and prove you possibly care about your “ guests”stay dates are June 13-17
