I have no words.
I just don't understand the sudden change of pace towards the main audience MINISO is trying to attract.. is it adults or is it kids? Can make up your mind or not? The products can be faulty at times when chosen wrongly, so its best to just buy a plushie or something, but most likely even a plush would suck after a while. Though, the WORST part about it is the BLIND BOXES, cause those things are literally the influence of young gambling, if you don't get the one you want in the first box, then you'll be tempted to buy more and more until your money run out. Staff members usually block the way when restocking, most of them look tired/unpleased when working with the customers overall.
