I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Asteria Hair. I paid a lot for a wig that was explicitly promised to have bleached knots, yet the product I received clearly does not match the agreed-upon specifications. The HD lace is poor quality and very different from the photos, making the wig unusable. I find it outrageous that their “solution” is to offer a $10–15 partial refund - this is an insult given the amount I spent. Despite repeated requests, the company refuses to honor a proper return and refund, instead pressuring me to keep a product that does not match what was advertised. I will be returning the wig due to its poor quality, and I expect a full refund. I strongly believe that any return shipping costs should not fall on me, as the issue is entirely due to the product not meeting the promised specifications. Despite repeated requests, the company has not offered an adequate solution. This has been a disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this seller. Your answer is: "Since you personally do not like the wig, the shipping cost should be on your end, hope get your understanding." I DO NOT LIKE THE WIG, BECAUSE THE KNOTS ARE NOT BLEACHED - AS I ORDERD AND PAID FOR! This is not my fault!
