The customer service is very good but unfortunately the hinge is so sensitive that I didn't even have in my nose for 3 days before it had fallen out and I lost it. I have never lost jewelry in my life before. I suggest perhaps let it click in for more stability. It wasn't like I was abusing my face. It was silly I brushed my hand against my face and it was enough to unhook it.
