Poor Service and Lack of Commitment to Delivery
I placed an order with PVY, and from the start, I had issues with delivery and customer service. The estimated delivery time was 7 days, but it has been over 15 days, and my product has still not been delivered. Additionally, I was informed that the model I purchased is not in stock, even though the website showed it as available. At no point was I notified of this, and the company has shown no commitment to resolving the issue. They promised a tracking number that was never sent and have been constantly delaying the solution. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency, communication, and respect for the customer. I do not recommend PVY and hope they take action to improve their service and fulfill their commitments.
