Long process and unnecessary communication with troubled CS
Still waiting to self collection, estimated 1-2 weeks for stocks to arrive. Called a few times to get my queries resolved. Email went to junk (which realised 2 days later). Updated: Self collection made, took slightly more than 2 weeks. Revised to 2 stars, cant really say the whole experience is good. Mutually, it will be the 1st and the last transaction.
