Excellent Customer Service & Beautiful Floral Arrangement
I recently ordered from Flower Chimp Singapore and was impressed by their prompt service, humility, and willingness to make things right. Due to a technical glitch online, my order was received incorrectly. However, when I reached out, Haikey assisted me with great professionalism and courtesy. They were quick to acknowledge the issue and took immediate steps to rectify it. Their genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Beyond their excellent service, their prices are very economical, making them a fantastic choice for quality floral arrangements at affordable rates. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and exactly as pictured—a true delight to receive! I highly recommend Flower Chimp Singapore for their reliability, affordability, and dedication to making things right for their customers. They have certainly earned my trust, and I will be ordering from them again in the future!
