300-amp battery
I purchased the 300-amp battery through Amazon. The top kept coming off and the battery was eventually dead and would not recharge. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a label to return the 300-amp battery. I asked for the 280-amp battery with the correct label. They sent me the 300-amp battery again with a 250-amp fuse. I don't know if this the same battery or a new one. And I did not get the 280-amp battery like I requested. Meanwhile, I see $50 refunds on social media and $20 discounts if getting a 300-amp battery. None of these discounts or refunds were offered to me. Why were the refunds or discounts not offered to me? I have paid the same money for a falsely advertised 300-amp battery still in my possession. I would not recommend your company to anyone and feel I need to express this on Will's YouTube site where he reviewed your battery, but I have not hoping for some type of financial resolution by completing this survey.
