Awful experience
Awful experience. I wanted to buy some joggers for my daughter. When I got the confirmation email it was for a horrible T-shirt and not for the joggers I wanted. I then paid again for the joggers as it was for a birthday present. In spite for me contacting customer services many times including within a couple of minutes of the receiving the email for the incorrect order, they wouldn’t cancel the order and still sent me the T-shirt I paid for and didn’t want but they didn’t send me the joggers that I also paid for and did want. It has been the worse customer service I have ever experienced. They reply to the emails but always ignore what I am asking for. I am now trying to return the horrible T-shirt and have asked three times for the returns label and they haven’t sent it. It’s all been a huge waste of time and money. Stay well clear.
