Order never received
I placed an order in early December for a Christmas gift. I understood fires and snow may delay delivery and I didn't expect to receive it until 1 or 2 weeks after Christmas. It's now March 7 and I still haven't received it. They are not responding to emails attempting to inquire about it. Very frustrating.
