I clicked “withdraw all items” in the morning, as I have an extension, left everything to be accepted automatically, was busy all day, and in the evening I saw that I hadn't received the skins, and 12 hours had already passed, so they canceled the transactions and returned the balance. I strongly advise against using them, they earn money by dirty means. I waited a couple of days for the items to be unlocked, and then they made a refund in 12 hours, although I'm sure I clicked that button because I went through all my accounts.
