Had to iniate every communication to your organization after the first communication! First communication and correspondence excellent. My concierge walked me thru all the directions and found a Passport location and set the appt within 48 hrs. Great! After that-- awful! I would have to send emails and eventually call to get any updates, even though the website says we will return validation of docs and further guidance in "2 business hours" YET I Would have to call and follow up 24 hrs of budiness hrs after submitting. Believe it or not - one correspondent "their documents specialist" received a "Failure to Deliver Email" and never followed up even though I had a live appointment the next day that I had to drive 4 hours. Overall my wife and I received our 'New Passport' & 'renewal passport' in about 6-7 days. So it truly expedited the service, but I had to initiate and follow up at every turn. QUITE UNNERVING!
