So disappointing
So disappointing I’ve had several earrings from this site & annoyingly spent a lot of money with them. I’ve had 3 of the flat back earrings and with all 3, the backs snapped off within a few weeks. The company did replace one but have refused to comment or replace the other 2 despite me sending a video of the broken goods at their request. Every time I comment on their posts on instagram they ‘get in touch’ then ignore me. Bad products and been worse customer service. Not at all happy
