Impressively fast and good customer support + great prep material
I purchased the Solve game combo after researching a few options online. I think the content is very clear, well explained and delivered in a nice and tidy format. Two standouts for me as to why its a clear five star rating for me; - Content is very up to date as its being continuosly updated, I purchased this early March 2025 and it already covers some new changes that I know was implemented as late as Jan 2025. - Super customer service from Francesco. I had issues accessing the Excel tool because of privacy settings on my computer prohibiting some downloads. Francesco was super quick (below 1 hour) to help provide two different ways in which the last one solved my problem.
