Just Say No to Elegatto!
Elegatto.com was having a sale so I purchased 3 products. I emailed them because my order still said processing for over a week. I get an email saying we're so sorry bla bla bla they don't have 2 of the 3 items in stock & they were trying to get me to buy something else and I refused. Isn't it illegal to advertise something that you don't have and taking money for it online? They held my money for almost 2 weeks and sent the refund a couple of days later, I think this is some kind of a bait and switch situation to get me to buy products at regular prices and remove my discount. The communication (if you want to call it that) was terrible durning this time. Just don't do business with this company. A few days layer they send me a email flyer which I can not unsubscribe from. If I get any more I'd need help fixing this. Just don't buy from them so you don't have to go through what I did!
