Slooooooooooooow shipping…it physically hurt it took so long
****UPDATE: The company reached out to me directly and refunded not only the single piece that was late, but my entire order and told me to keep all items as a show of good faith. I would be willing to try them again and am happy with this outcome. Quality of product remains very good and fit is true to size. A very good product overall.**** Product quality was great & sizing was correct, however, I ordered 2.5 weeks before Valentine’s Day because this was a gift, and the item didn’t arrive till more than a month th after the holiday had passed. No explanation was given when I reached out to “customer service” as to why it was so late, when it would arrive, or if it would arrive…they were worthless. Doubt I’d shop this company again, they are just too unreliable and pretty much ruined my ability to pull off v-day as a hero. What a shame.
