Terrible Customer Service & Missing Order – Avoid!
I placed an order over a month ago, and not only did it never arrive, but the company claims it was delivered—with no proof. Their tracking system is useless, as my order doesn’t even exist in their database. I reached out multiple times, and the response has been slow and unhelpful. At this point, I’ve either been scammed or they have no control over their shipping process. No refund, no real support—just excuses. If you’re thinking of ordering from here, don’t. Find a company that actually values its customers and delivers what they promise.
