Waste of time and money
Byte was honestly a total waste of time and money. For anyone considering byte, if you have insurance just go with a more legitimate orthodontic treatment like Invisalign. It’s 50% more but will actually get you the results you’re looking for unlike these. Byte has been an all around bad experience for me. I had just a couple of misalignment and 1 spacing issue I wanted to fix that had come up from my teeth shifting after my first braces treatment, and the Byte aligners weren’t able to fully correct any of my issues. I still have some minor misalignment and a small gap, and tried to get additional aligners sent but apparently my “smile” guarantee has expired, so they will no longer send me aligners unless I pay another $1,000. At that point it will have cost me the same as Invisalign so I should’ve just done that. It has been a nightmare communicating with Byte, they take a week plus to respond each time you email them and request so much information from you each time. Lastly I got the nightly aligners which were more expensive and wore them more than I needed to and still didn’t see te results I was promised. These aligners are insanely bulky and uncomfortable, and just aren’t worth it. Save yourself the trouble and spend a little extra to not have to deal with these guys.
