The whole process to purchase my capsules was different from the last time I purchased and a huge inconvenience. I shouldn’t have to follow up about my order, nor should I have e to send proof that I actually paid. I believe the website and the payment system should be in sync with each other providing a smooth checkout. However that was not the case. Additionally, the wrong sized capsules were sent to me, but I couldn’t confirm what I selected because I didn’t not receive a confirmation email only an email from a representative telling me what I ordered. It was a mess. I ended up purchasing more capsules from another company because who wants to return items back to China. Needless to say I will not be a returning Customer. Very disappointed.
