Dear Professors and Organizer, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for the exceptional study trip to Shanghai that my son participated in, who was only 14 years old when he left! Your dedication and attention to detail made this experience unique and unforgettable for all of us! My son had one of the most beautiful experiences of his life, made possible by your impeccable organization and professionalism, but above all by the passion, care, and empathy that each of you conveyed through the daily updates, messages, and photos shared with us parents. This transformed our anxiety about the distance into joy and serenity. It was incredible to follow his adventures from afar and to feel so calm and reassured, even though he was on the other side of the world, witnessing and feeling his joy, enthusiasm, and tranquility! The program offered not only language study every day but also a cultural immersion filled with trips, visits, and incredible and fun experiences! My son improved his Mandarin Chinese, but more importantly, he discovered the culture, history, and daily life in Shanghai in a curious and always exciting way—never boring or heavy! He made new friendships that helped him develop a sense of independence, camaraderie, and confidence that only experiences like this can provide. Additionally, a truly special moment was his birthday, celebrated during the stay. The surprises, the party, and the gifts you organized made that day unforgettable not only for him but also for us, who were in Italy. It was a gesture that showed how much you care about your students and their well-being.
