Delivery actually arrive I’m amazed!!!
To follow up on my review from Monday. My delivery actually arrived today, I’m amazed!! I thought I’d lost £1000. In fairness to Litfad I’m actually very pleased with the quality of the furniture. I think the main issue Litfad have is a totally shambolic administration and logistics process. This is not helped with a customer service department that doesn’t speak or understand English. I think this is the main issue here and if they work on this they might not have so many bad reviews. The total inability to answer simple questions and give wrong tracking numbers causes great frustration and confusion and terrible reviews.
