A big Chinese scam pretending to be NL company
In one word, this is a Chinese SCAM!!! I bought two chandeliers, quite expensive ower 500€ price. After a month of waiting, I contacted them about the shipment and they replied that I had to pay an additional few hundred euros because the production cost increased since the day I paid. Communication with them will always decide in their favor and twisted turned and lies on every single mail In their today's mail they refused to refund my money if I do not remove review on Trust Pilot. They texted me: We could have amicably resolved this matter and refunded the payment. However, since you have posted a negative review, we have already suffered significant losses from this transaction. If you do not wish to remove the negative review at this time, we can only refund correspondence to our loss. Now it has been more than two months since my payment I didn't receive any ordered items and now they are conditioning the repayments with me deleting my review on Trust pilot!!!! This is how deeply scamming Chinese company they are. They should be prosecuted!!!!
