I live on the west coast of Canada and have used your glasses for many years (10?) and just love the design and quality. This most recent purchase was a bit complicated, for technical reasons, but the personal attention I got, despite the 9 hour time difference, quickly fixed the issue ... and the parcel arrived yesterday, in top shape.
