Watt Cycle 12 V 100AH LIFEPO4
I purchased a Watt Cycle 12 V 100AH LIFEPO4 on Temu, which was supposed to be new... sold and shipped by the "manufacturer" Watt Cycle Industrial Revolution... which has a total internal series resistance of 12,258/59 mΩ!!! (measurement taken as soon as the Battery was received by the courier), I have videos and photos of the measurements! The seller says that such a high resistance is normal! Only SCAMMERS COULD CLAIM SUCH AN IDIOCY! I have two perfectly calibrated internal resistance testers (FNIRSI HRM-10 and RC3563), which give essentially the same result The internal resistance provides a real indication of the aging of a battery (cells). The internal resistance represents the limiting factor of the battery to deliver the required current and/or provide the necessary energy, then leads to greater heat generation in the battery under load, with consequent loss of unwanted energy. If I disassembled (hypothesis) the WATT CYCLE battery pack (which has, I remember, a total internal series resistance of 12,258/59 mΩ !!!) bypassing the bms and measuring the 4 cells directly on the terminals, which to be new grade A should have an internal resistance per cell ranging from 0.18 to 0.22 mΩ, what resistance would I detect on each single cell? VERY HIGH, obviously. The excuse cannot be the probes (or clips) that do not make contact correctly, or the surface finish of the terminals in contact with the probes, terminals and threads have been cleaned previously, the results are those! Obviously the WATT CYCLE has been compared with another battery with the same characteristics and similar load (Eco Worthy 12V 100AH). The WATT CYCLE does not go beyond a certain charge threshold, and lasts half as long as the aforementioned Eco Worthy (12v 100AH BM) which has an internal resistance of less than 3mΩ) that I have had for a year and a half! Untrustworthy seller and scam products!
