Redawning doesn't pay hosts
We manage vacation rentals, and use Redawning as a booking channel. They are the absolute worst! Don't use them! In October it took them 42 days to pay us for a reservation that stayed 5 nights. Currently, I'm waiting for a $4,500+ payout that is for someone that checked out 3/15. Today is 4/10. Every day I look, it's delayed 3 more days. My account manager and support person just apologize. I asked them if this was their paycheck, delayed 30 days, would that be as understanding as they expect me to be? If you're a property manager, do yourself a favor and stay away!
