Customer service
The customer service is exemplary! I inadvertently ordered two foundations then asked if I could return one. I was offered the second at half price. My foundation arrived the following day but Ivory didn’t suit my skin colour (I’m a redhead) so pale but not that pale. I offered to return them but was offered a free second colour and not just one but three! So I’m looking forward to trying the new colour, despite my first choice colour not suiting me the cover it provided was excellent!
