Hannah Hans are responsible, caring and wonderful sellers. I'm a very satisfied customer. I ordered the green Teaset and the six new teas last December, she added four gifts with the teas. I received the teas in January, but not the teaset. The tracking number said the teaset was delivered, but I didn't receive it. Hannah kept asking if I received it. She said she would send another at no charge, I said it wasn't their fault, but she shipped me another one on February 19. It arrived March 14. It's a very nice set, and it comes in a nice, leather, zipper case. The teaset and the case are good quality and attractive. Hannah Hans are top quality and caring people. I highly recommend their business
