SCAM ALERT – AVOID IVA DRESS AT ALL COSTS!
This company is a complete scam! The dress I received looks nothing like the pictures—cheap fabric, terrible quality, and completely misleading advertising. I begged them to cancel my order because they failed to meet the promised delivery time, but they flat-out refused. They deliberately ignored my requests and shipped it anyway. Now that I want to return it, they have disappeared! No response to emails, no way to contact them—just silence. This is clearly a fraudulent business that takes your money and runs. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from IVA Dress unless you enjoy being scammed!
