Horrible terrible service
Horrible terrible service. Helpdeak does not exist. Its been more than a day since my usdt withdrawal, still in transit. Other exchanges takes less tha 5 mins to complete, but these pple just hold your funds proberbly earning interest elsewhere. Support email after few hours, once completed we will email you. Complete what? Replied asking why is this taking so long, no reply. Please avoid this at all cost. High transfer n withdrawal fees as well. Totally unpleasant
