A positive experience with customer service!
I’m writing from Italy. I placed an order on the website because I was drawn to the products and, above all, to the symbolic meaning of the stones used. During the ordering process, one of the items turned out to be unavailable. Customer service contacted me quickly, offered several alternatives and also included a small complimentary gift to make up for the inconvenience. For this reason, I find it hard to relate to the idea of an unhelpful customer service or one that ignores its customers, as mentioned in some reviews. Of course, every experience is personal, and I don’t question anyone else’s. I’m simply sharing mine, which was genuinely very positive. In my opinion, the products fall into the category of high quality costume jewelry. This is not a jewelry brand that promises luxury or traditional excellence, but meaning and symbolism, and this is communicated very clearly throughout the website. Materials and measurements are listed transparently and are easy to understand if you pay attention to the descriptions. Overall, my experience was very satisfying, and I would happily consider purchasing again in the future. BR to the team!
