I am pretty frustrated with Byte’s technical issues with their app and website. I have used their aligners for a while now, and for a long time I haven’t been able to upload check-ins even though I updated the app. I stopped bothering with that because it was a waste of time, the lingers still worked. Now, my ultrasonic cleaner started glitching and turning on and off, not effectively cleaning my retainers, and I contacted support. They made me aware that I had to sign a safety form prior to receiving help so I logged in, signed a docusign form and clicked continue, as prompted to do so, which told me it was completed. I went back to the chat and they kept saying they couldn’t help me until I signed it. After telling them I signed it already and I literally have 0 alerts on my page, they STILL said on their end, I haven’t signed it and they can’t help me. Just wasted a good 30 minutes and I’m still left with a broken cleaner. I might as well buy a cheaper one on Amazon since this company states no refunds or returns on their own product.
