This is a scam company
This is a scam company. We paid for 24 hour service which took more than 48 hours. I asked for a partial refund and never heard from them. Save your money and apply directly through the government website, even if you need it in less than 3 days- it's not worth the trouble. Their customer service team replies with "you must be patient" if you ask for an update even when they are well past their own 24 hour deadline to get you your visa. My credit card company can't even get a refund from them.
