I did get an increase on my disability…
I did get an increase on my disability rating and I paid my bill on Nov 18th, it shows in my account to be "Paid in full". Since then I have received no less than 35 emails titled "Congrats on your win! Here’s what comes next" asking me to pay my bill. WTF over? This does not reflect a professional company. there is a "NOTE: Similar communications will continue until a selection of payment type is selected below." note, so how do I stop receiving these emails? UPDATE 11/24/2025-I have literally received over 500 e-mails, I'm getting over 100 a day and it is really starting to bug me. I hope someone reaches out soon, I called this morning and the person I talked to said they would send a note to my coach. UPDATE 12/8/25-I did call my coach and she was going to call her supervisor. On 11/26/25, after receiving over 700 e-mails the e-mails suddenly stopped. No one from the company ever did reach out to me.
