Prompt, Professional, Transparent and Thorough. All our questions were answered. We were dealing with a product authenticity issue for which we could not obtain a LOA directly from the brand. Our account had been de-activated and the 90 days were ticking down. I was becoming a bit skeptical but Riverbend Consulting came through and got our account and products re-activated.
