Avoid Moongor at All Costs – They’ve Gone Downhill!
I have been a loyal Moongor customer for years, placing large orders and spending at least $500 per purchase. In the past, I had no issues with the quality or returns. However, my most recent experience has been a complete disaster. The clothes I received were of terrible quality—damaged, poorly made, and nothing like what I had come to expect. When I reached out for a return, I was shocked by their response. Instead of issuing a full refund for the defective items, they offered me a pathetic $40 refund on a $300 order! Even worse, they refused to provide a return shipping label, essentially forcing me to either accept their lowball offer or eat the cost. I have never in my life encountered a company that tries to negotiate how much of a refund they’ll allow for returning a bad product. It’s deceptive, unfair, and completely unacceptable. If you’re thinking of shopping at Moongor, DON’T. They have gone completely downhill, and their customer service is a joke. Spend your money elsewhere on a company that actually values its customers.
