Awful taxi booking experience, app stucks at finding a ride, cant cancel it, and often does not finish a ride for a hour or so. And this level of issues, coming from the app that been on a market for how long? Holy sh1t! Awful customer support system! No way get help from humans, just piece of crap FAQ. From company that size? Bonkers!
