Very poor experience I would give 0 stars if I could. I requested a withdrawal on 03/10/2025 and the status is still pending at the time of writing this review. Customer support has not been helpful. All responses appear to be automated, with the same repeated message asking me to be patient and stating that my case has been forwarded to the relevant team. I have submitted over 15 support tickets, but there has been no progress or clear explanation. Once my account became profitable, withdrawals have stopped Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
