Cancelation policy is a lie
I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered an item and changed my mind within a few hours (after seeing photos of others in the item, it wasn’t appealing on someone my height). Their website specifically says you can cancel an order if it hasn’t shipped. It had not shipped. They asked why I wanted to cancel. I was honest. A full 24 hours later they say “we checked and your order actually has shipped and can not be canceled”. BS. I doubt they shipped it and if they did it was well after my initial email. I’m not holding out hope I’ll get my item. I’ll echo what others have said…don’t buy from this company.
