Problem with the course content
I paid $80 for a course. Once I received it, almost none of the documents were in the correct format (so you couldn't review/read/study them), and it's completely useless to have if you can't open it. Update/ Solution: Increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars because, due to this issue with the course, as as solution, they gave me for free another course from the platform. However, this was only possible after leaving my review on Trustpilot because before then, they didn't respond to email or Telegram. I recommended that if they're going to offer a course that has issues with certain materials, they should notify the buyer in advance with transparency.
