I have been using the app for 2 years
I have been using the app for 2 years. Before never have problem topping up my douyin account. But today, there was an error because they use an unofficial way to topup and cause it automatically refund back the money to their Alipay. The app took my money and didn't help me topup. I talked to four customer support but with lousy replies. Tell me I have to be patient and wait 1 to 3 working days. Today is Friday so I have to wait 5 days. This type of error isn't my fault but I have to lose time and money for their faults. They refuse to help me solve the problem instantly and refuse giving me a refund.
