Excellent customer Service
I opened an account with Coin Depo and tried to send USDC from my CEX account. I sent the funds from a Base account instead of ERC20 account and ended up losing the funds. Luckily it was only $10. I did get a prompt response within (24hrs) by email from support as to what happened to my funds I was able to get my XRP over to them and was surprised that I got a 30% bonus payment for my XRP deposit for the special CoinDepo was running. I bought the Presale of the CoinDepo token also and was surprised to see that I could triple the amount of tokens in a 2 year period. I was considering using Nexo for my HODLing, but the rates are lot higher for my XRP holdings with CoinDepo. Also, CoinDepo is going to pay me in XRP where as Nexo was offering Nexo coins. If I wanted to get XRP only the rate was 7% at Nexo where as it was 18% for CoinDepo with a 1yr HODL. I recommend CoinDepo highly.
