The dimensions were different than the website so I tried to return the item, 3 days no response. Then they responded with please keep it and we will give you $40 out of the $287 purchase. Still going back and forth sending pictures and texts and emails. Still not resolved not happy with the company! UPDATE : I did hear back from them and they did provide a return shipping label so I was able to ship back the items and I did receive a refund after I told them I returned it. SO it was a rough start buy they stepped up and did the right thing !
