Terrible service
Terrible service. Directions are not adhered to causing food to melt. When you call to complain they say there was no directions. They lie. I will never use it again. The directions said to leave groceries at GROUND FLOOR SIDE DOOR. Instacart driver climbed to the second floor to leave groceries.
